Justin was my father's real estate agent when my father was suddenly and tragically killed in a car accident. At the point of the accident, the house was set to close in just 10 days. At an very emotional and difficult time, Justin was enormously sensitive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was in order. He worked closely with me to ensure the sale could continue as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Justin was empathetic and kind, highly organized and accommodating, pushed hard on other involved parties to ensure the process went smoothly, and most importantly, made sure he was highly informed and competent in a situation that was entirely new to most all of the parties involved (bank, closing attorney, title attorney, buyers and myself.) Justin also went above and beyond to support the sale, helping me ensure the house would be ready for the buyers on a tight timeline. After the sale of the house I received a heartfelt gift from Justin as a remembrance of my father.
